Do I need to book a cruise?

Yes, you must book a cruise on the Vltava River in advance using the online form or by phone. We recommend booking the cruises for today only by phone to guarantee seats on the boat.


Do I need to print my ticket for the cruise?

Not necessarily, the boarding pass can be shown on your mobile phone on arrival at the boarding point.

Where can I find the boarding point?

 The starting point for the Vltava River cruise is located on the Na Františku embankment closer to the Štefánikov Bridge. Each cruise has its own specific embarkation point or pier according to the type of cruise you choose. You will receive a precise map with the number of the boarding pier together with the ticket after payment of the cruise to the email specified in the cruise booking.


When do I have to check in?

For shorter cruises on the Vltava River, we recommend checking in 10-15 minutes before departure. For longer cruises such as lunch cruises, dinner cruises including all inclusive dinner cruises, we recommend checking in 20-30 minutes before departure.

Where can I park?

The nearest parking is at the Ministry of Industry and Trade building or at the Anchor and Paladium department stores, which are about a 7-minute walk from the boat and steamer embarkation point.


What Prague sights will I see?

From the deck of the boat you will see historical sights such as Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, the National Theatre, the Dancing House and other gems along both banks of the Vltava River.

Is there a commentary during the sightseeing cruise on the Vltava River?

 Yes, there is audio commentary on the ships during the hour-long cruises about historical sites in Czech and other world languages.

Do the boats also sail in winter?

Yes, boat traffic is year-round. The boat decks are heated in the winter season and air-conditioned in the summer season.

How can I pay for the cruise?

Payment is made by online payment. Once the amount is paid, you will receive a boarding pass to your chosen email address, which you will present when boarding the ship.
